How long does delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the destination. Usually the delivery time for your order is 3 to 9 working days.

Unfortunately, my order is damaged. What should I do?

In rare cases, an order may arrive damaged upon delivery. If this happens to you, simply send us an email to hallo@wrk9.de with a detailed description of the damage and relevant pictures.

How can I return my order?

If you ordered the wrong size or aren't satisfied with your order, you can of course return the item to us. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us : Send us an email to hallo@wrk9.de with your order number and the reason for the return (e.g. exchange due to incorrect size).
  2. Return address and instructions : Our customer service will provide you with the return address and further return instructions. We do not cover return shipping costs.
  3. Packing and shipping items : Please pack the items securely and return them to the address provided.
  4. Processing your return : Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will refund your purchase price or, if you wish, send you an exchange item in the correct size.
